Golden Coast Beach Hotel - Protaras

The side sea view room was a real treat, and the snacks at the pool bar were excellent. The kids' club kept my daughter entertained throughout our stay!

Very tasty and varied food, good room cleaning, enough sun beds, good animators.

Problems with wifi

The room was great-sized and brand-new with an amazing view of the sea. The location was stunning, with bars and taverns next to the hotel. They had snacks and ice cream available in the pool bar. Everything met requirements and I had a perfect 10/10 stay out of all my holidays.

Great kids' club kept the little ones happy. Room needed an update, though.

The staff at the hotel were very professional and helpful, plus the hotel was spotlessly clean.

The dinner buffet at the restaurant was not very impressive and it was expansive compared to the quality.

the fact that most guests were all inclusive meant that bar drinks were quite expensive for the same quality that was dispensed for AI guests

We loved the easy access to the secluded sandy beach, just steps away from our room. The hotel provided private sun chairs and umbrellas. We also appreciated the nearby beach bars and restaurants.

The evening entertainment was somewhat limited and could be improved.

Most of all, the close vicinity and the easy access to the beach.

Yes. our room 354 was opposite to a small staff room which was allways left open. The room's inside view was not so nice.

The family room we chose was a good choice, usually we book two connecting rooms which is too expensive. The location is nice, beautiful views from the hotel and the beach is very close by. Nice swimming pool, clean, enough space for babies and young children.

The beach was ok but not as good as other ones in Protaras. We don't like to swim during mid-day when the heat is at the peak especially since we have young kids but when we went to the pool around 5:30, by 6:30 one of the staff told us we should leave because at 6 o clock they put the chlorine in the pool. I don't know if this was true or if he just wanted to finish work earlier but this is unacceptable for any hotel in Cyprus because of the weather conditions during July and August. The food at the hotel was mediocre.

The room was a superior sea view with beautiful views of the calm waters. It had a balcony, coffee machine, and a safety deposit box. The spa facilities were awesome, offering massages, body treatments, and a steam room. The beach was super accessible, and the pool area was well maintained with plenty of sunbeds available. Lots of fun for families!

The service was awesome, all stuff were very helpful and kind. even though the hotel was fully booked, it did not feel crowded at all.

Too much noise from the corridors and the adjacent rooms. Windmill outside the hotel swqueeking all night, I'm sure they coud rectify it. I booked a double room and not a twin room and the day before our arrival I called and confirmed that we would have a double bed, however upon our arrival we were given a twin room. I complained and they said that our booking was not confirmed!!!. Finally we were moved to another room with a double bed. I was asked to pay for the room upon arrival. Maids would knock on the door and even though we answered they still opened the door!!! Unacceptable!

The pool was lovely, but the food options were pretty limited. We made the most of the fantastic location and close beach access, though!

Good food for fresh breakfast for our food. Spa centre for guests, overall very good service...

the stuff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Also the breakfast was very nice.

They are 2 sections (buildings) on this hotel. We stayed in the old building. The AC unit was too noise with a bad odor and it wasn't working properly. very old tube TV, with a broken remote control. Not free internet in the hotel. They wanted 4 euros daily for the refrigerator, because it is not free unless you use the mini bar! The furniture were old, same and the bed. The gym was too poor and without air conditioning... 115euros a day for a double room, too much.
